It ain't called the "Elite" 24 for nothin'; this Title complete has some serious beef on the hoof. A level-up from the standard Title models (which are already pretty darn solid), the Elite offers sealed berings all-around (hubs, bottom bracket and headset), as well aluminum cranks, chromoly forks and handlebars.
